How the Fruit Tier List Works
The fruit tier list ranks by Grow Value efficiency — not raw power alone. The most expensive fruit is not always the best choice — especially if you cannot sustain the cost per eating session.
Ranking criteria:
- Grow Value per Coin — Efficiency ratio between height gain and fruit cost.
- Stamina Yield — How tall you reach per full Stamina bar.
- Sustainability — Can you afford 3–5 cycles without going broke?
- Tower Reach — Does it hit target tower height in one eating session?
Fruit tier is relative to your current World and income level. Watermelon is S-Tier in World 1 mid-game but C-Tier in World 3+. Always evaluate fruits in your current World context.
World 1 Fruit Tier List
S-Tier (World 1 Endgame):
- Pineapple (12,800 coins) — Highest World 1 Grow Value. Reaches Tower 5. S-Tier only if sustainable (3+ cycles).
A-Tier (Trophy Farming Standard):
- Watermelon (3,200 coins) — Best cost/Grow Value balance. Consistent Towers 3–4. Main fruit for many players during World 1 Trophy push.
B-Tier (Mid-Game Transition):
- Grapes (800 coins) — Good efficiency, Towers 2–3 reachable. Upgrade to Watermelon when affordable.
- Orange (200 coins) — Best early game efficiency per coin. First-hour sweet spot.
C-Tier (Starter Only):
- Banana (50 coins) — First upgrade after Apple. Quick stop before Orange.
- Apple (free) — Tutorial fruit. Replace with Banana immediately.
Higher World Fruit Tier Lists
Each World beyond World 1 has its own fruit tier list. General principle: always use the highest World fruit you can sustain.
World 2 Fruits: Growth Zone fruits — all rank above World 1 Pineapple. World 2 mid-tier A fruit is standard after unlocking (1,700 Trophies).
World 3 Fruits: Challenge Zone fruits — mid-game farming hub fruits. World 3 A-tier fruit is standard during the 5,000–15,000 Trophy range.
World 4 Fruits: Advanced Zone fruits — high Grow Value, high cost. Requires established Pet multipliers to sustain.
World 5 Fruits: Elite Zone endgame fruits — maximum current Grow Value. S-Tier endgame standard. Requires Level 2–3 merged Pets and efficient Trophy income.
Cross-World comparison: the cheapest World 2 fruit > World 1 Pineapple. The cheapest World 3 fruit > the most expensive World 2 fruit. Switch fruits immediately when unlocking a new World — do not farm obsolete fruits unless overgeared speed runs for quick Trophies.
Fruit Buying Priority Guide
Based on tier rankings, buying priority by progression stage:
Early Game (0–200 Trophies): Apple → Banana → Orange. Skip Grapes until Orange income is stable.
Mid Early (200–500 Trophies): Orange → Grapes → Watermelon. Start farming Towers 3–4 with Grapes/Watermelon.
World 1 Endgame (500–1,700 Trophies): Watermelon → Pineapple. Push Tower 5 with Pineapple if sustainable.
World 2+ (1,700+ Trophies): Switch to World 2 fruits immediately. World 1 fruits become obsolete. Same pattern: start with cheapest sustainable tier and upgrade as income allows.
Common fruit mistakes:
- Staying on Apple/Banana too long — wasted growth sessions
- Buying Pineapple without sustainable income — one cycle and broke
- Not upgrading fruit after World unlock — farming obsolete tier
- Buying the most expensive when mid-tier reaches the same towers — overpaying
The fruit tier list is a guide, not a strict rule. If you sustain Pineapple and Tower 5 consistently — go for it. If Watermelon is a struggle — stay on Grapes until income improves. Know your numbers and buy accordingly.
